GNOME-Erweiterungen werden nun nicht mehr über GNOME Software verwaltet. Hierfür kann jetzt die speziell zu diesem Zweck entwickelte Anwendung GNOME Extensions verwendet werden. Außerdem wurde das Design von Clocks grundlegend überarbeitet.
Die Virtualisierungssoftware GNOME Boxes kommt nun mit einem Tutorial daher und bietet zudem die Möglichkeit, mit UEFI zu booten. Im Einrichtungsprozess einer neuen virtuellen Maschine ist nun das Einstellen der Anzahl der genutzten CPUs möglich.
